There have been some recent changes in legislation to requalification stickers which means you’re now required to have an identification number on the requalification crown stickers that you order each year. OPS&S has listed the identification number for each company on their website and I have pulled out the UKWF members and their individual company numbers and added them into this table. 

The requalification identification number needs to be added to the ‘Authorised Stamp Number’ box on the order form which can be found here…https://www.gov.uk/guidance/national-regulation-weights-and-measures#verification-stickers-correspondence-and-pricing
