BEIS SURVEY ON SPARES AND THE UKCA MARKING
19th Jan 2022
Please can you spare 5-10 minutes to take part in a short survey?
The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) have been hearing that the availability of UKCA marked spares after 1 January 2023 might be a concern and would like to better understand this issue. They would also like to hear from industry about other compliance issues as we transition to the UKCA marking, so they can effectively target their engagement efforts.
Someone in your organisation who is aware or in control of determining whether your products (including spares) meet UK regulatory requirements, would be most appropriate in answering the survey. It would be greatly appreciated if you could forward this email on to that person, if this isn’t you.
BEIS will not be able to attribute responses to any individual or company, and data will be reported in the form of aggregated findings.
The survey can be found here: https://forms.office.com/r/8xABSSespD . Please fill it in by 9am Thursday 3 February 2022.
